What is a "TopSite"? : A TopSite is a web site that we personally have viewed and feel to be of exceptional value to their category within this directory. We do not give out this award to everyone, and you cannot buy a topsite award. This award is only given to those sites that we feel are worthy of this recognition, not just sites that "link back" to us. In fact, though encouraged, linking back is never required, your award is yours, you earned it!
What does this mean? It means a cleaner, more meaningful experience for the web surfer. The award was invented to encourage good webmastership and responsible web development. Sometimes it is awarded for outstanding artistical design as well. SoMusical.com feels that you SHOULD BE REWARDED and TopSite recipeints get moved to the TOP OF THIER CATEGORY!!! The regular order is oldest in the directory to the newest.
The new order is TopSite, then oldest, to the newest. :)
